Overview

What Opulent By Pammi Singh came to us with

Opulent By Pammi Singh sells premium designer clothing where the garment justifies its price through fabric, fall and finish. The previous store used small images, inconsistent categories and a checkout that asked for too much — everything that makes a shopper hesitate at a high price point. We rebuilt it on WooCommerce with photography that shows the garment properly and a checkout that gets out of the way.

The Problem

What was actually broken

The gaps in Opulent By Pammi Singh's setup before the project started — and what they were costing.

Photography that could not justify the price

Small, flatly lit images hide exactly what a customer is paying for — embroidery, fabric weight, how a garment falls. At luxury price points, a shopper who cannot see the detail does not gamble; they leave.

A catalogue that could not be browsed

Inconsistent categories and no filtering meant customers could not move from one piece to similar pieces. Browsing stopped after a single product instead of building a shortlist.

A checkout that created doubt

Too many steps, mandatory account creation and no clear delivery or return information. Every extra field at a high order value is another moment to reconsider.

Our Approach

How we worked through it

Each phase closed before the next one opened, so nothing was rebuilt twice.

  1. Followed the drop-offs

    Week 1

Analytics showed people reaching product pages and stopping, then a second cliff at checkout. Photography and checkout friction, in that order, set the priorities.

  2. Reshot the collection

    Week 2-4

Six to eight frames per garment — full-length on model, fabric and embroidery close-ups, drape in movement — with colour accuracy checked so what arrives matches what was seen.

  3. Rebuilt the store on WooCommerce

    Week 5-7

Consistent categories with filtering by occasion, fabric and price, product pages carrying fabric, care, sizing and delivery detail, and related pieces surfaced to keep browsing going.

  4. Cut the checkout down

    Week 8-9

Three steps, guest checkout, UPI and card payments through Razorpay, and delivery and return terms stated before payment rather than after.

The Solution

What we built and shipped

Photography that sells the garment

Detail, drape and on-model frames per piece, colour-accurate, so the customer can see what the price is for.

A catalogue built for shortlisting

Occasion, fabric and price filters with related pieces on every product page, so one item leads to the next instead of ending the visit.

A checkout that does not create doubt

Three steps, guest checkout, UPI support and clear delivery and return terms up front — abandonment fell about 38%.

The Impact

What changed for Opulent By Pammi Singh

The part that matters: what the business could do afterwards that it could not do before.

Shoppers browse instead of bouncing

Filtering and related products turned single-item visits into shortlisting sessions, which is where higher-value orders come from.

The store matches the label

Presentation now supports the price rather than quietly contradicting it — the cheapest way to protect a premium position online.

Fewer carts lost at the last step

A shorter checkout with guest purchase and clear terms recovered a large share of orders that were previously abandoned with the decision already made.

FAQ

Questions people ask about this project

What did Omm Digital Solution build for Opulent By Pammi Singh?

A WooCommerce store rebuilt around luxury apparel — six to eight colour-accurate images per garment, categories with occasion, fabric and price filtering, product pages carrying fabric, care and sizing detail, and a three-step guest checkout with UPI and card payments.

Why did conversion rate improve?

Two changes. Photography that shows fabric, embroidery and drape lets a customer commit at a high price point, and a shorter checkout with guest purchase and clear delivery terms removes the hesitation at the final step. Conversion moved from about 0.6% to about 1.5%.

Why WooCommerce rather than Shopify?

The brand wanted full control over the catalogue structure, checkout flow and content pages without per-transaction platform fees. Where a client prefers hosted simplicity we build on Shopify instead — the choice follows the business, not a house preference.

Can you rebuild another fashion or luxury store this way?

Yes. Premium e-commerce usually fails at the same two points — product presentation and checkout friction — so the work starts by measuring where the drop-offs actually are for that store.

    Global Technical Institute

Global Technical Institute ran admissions on paper files and scattered Excel sheets. Enquiries, counselling notes, documents and fee records lived in different places, so nobody could say where an applicant stood or how the institute was performing without hours of manual checking.

We built a custom CRM that holds the entire admission journey in one system — enquiry capture, counselling stages, document uploads and follow-up reminders — paired with a fast Next.js website. An advanced reporting layer sits on top, breaking down admissions, course-wise intake and fee collection. Staff stopped rebuilding the same data by hand, every applicant is traceable at a glance, and management can analyse admissions and revenue from live reports instead of guesswork.

    Glacier Treks & Adventure

Glacier Treks & Adventure needed a fast, modern website to showcase trek packages and convert interested travelers into bookings. Their earlier platform was slow and did not effectively highlight routes, itineraries, or booking details.

A dynamic Next.js website improved loading speed, visuals, and navigation so users could browse treks effortlessly. Clear itineraries, photography, and inquiry paths strengthened the experience. Engagement improved, booking requests increased, and the brand is now positioned as a reliable trekking service provider.

SEI Educational Trust needed a streamlined digital system to manage student inquiries and present their courses professionally. Their previous setup lacked speed, structure, and proper lead management.

A high-performance Next.js website improved navigation, course discovery, and the application flow. A custom CRM automated lead tracking, counseling stages, document uploads, and follow-up reminders. The integration reduced manual workload, increased response speed, and created a smooth end-to-end admission journey — resulting in more completed applications and improved enrollment efficiency.
